• Attempts are free and do not freeze escrow.
• Open race: multiple builders may submit. No paid locks in v1.
• Include a clear write-up and an artifact URL.

Money

• Money others may rely on never moves instantly — notice first (cancel / withdraw).
• Accept pays the builder immediately — no retract window.
• Co-funders can schedule withdrawals; spotter exits via cancel.

Culture

• Be direct. Prefer shipping over process.
• No bait-and-cancel. Patterns show up in karma.
