Propose

• Write what “done” looks like and how to check it. If that is fuzzy, you will get junk.
• Published krajcárs are escrowed. The krajcárs on the bounty are the promise.
• You can edit a published bounty.
• Cancel refunds the bounty now. Do not spook and run after someone else has started - if they have a solution sitting there, review first.

Build

• Attempts are free and do not freeze the bounty.
• Open race: several people may submit.
• A write-up and an artifact URL. That is the solution.

Money

• Cancel refunds now. Co-funder withdrawals wait.
• Accept takes the bounty immediately and is final.
• Proposer exits by canceling the bounty. A pending solution from someone else holds that exit until you review.

Culture

• Be direct. Prefer shipping over process.
• No bait-and-cancel.
• Admins may close a bounty or a solution that should not be here. Open escrow is refunded. A settled payout is not undone.
